INTRODUCTION TO SHADOW WORK2019-02-19T15:33:12+00:00

While Shadow Work is about healing and finding resolution to wounding, trauma and conditioning we have been exposed to, it’s also about deepening our understanding of how we manifest our reality through the unconscious of our shadow realm. As we engage in our day-to-day life, we stay contained in the small box of our false sense of identity which has been in constant creation since the day we are born. Shadow work is about unravelling all of those threads, seeking within for the answers and not outside of self.

The more we deepen this understanding, the more we change our perception of how life really is, and are able to step out of our egoic state and finally see the bigger picture and the deeper roots as individuals as part of the collective.

Introduction to Shadow Work, is a collection of workbooks to support you in exploring the five basic principles of Shadow Work:

  • Triggers
  • Polarities
  • Projection
  • Manifestation
  • Mirrors

Each workbook contains exercises to help you deepen your understanding of how the shadow is actually supporting you in realising your full potential and to bring in more attention and awareness to every aspect of your life.

In order to get the most from the course, I invite you to take your time with each principle, at least one month/workbook to help you get a better understanding. As you become more adept at observing your inner world as a reflection of your outer world, the practices will naturally become part of your everyday life, thus changing your life and your perception. However, as with all things, it will need your complete integrity, commitment, honesty and trust, as without these most vital ingredients nothing will ever change.
